Reservation Procedures
You can make your reservation right here on our website. Simply choose your dates and number of guests and the shopping cart will automatically calculate the total cost. Due to the large volume of reservation requests all reservations are paid in full and up front. If you choose to make your reservation via telephone, an additional handling fee of 100 SEK will be added.
No reservation is final until a company representative has confirmed your reservation via email and/or SMS. Normally such confirmation takes place within 24 hours of your booking.
Cancellation Policy
If you for any reason like to cancel your reservation, the following terms are in effect:
- A cancellation received 60 days prior to check-in date: 100% credit will be given back minus a 100 SEK handling fee.
- A cancellation received 30 days prior to check-in date -85% credit will be given
- A cancellation received within 30 days from check-in date: -50% credit will be given
- No credit will be given if a cancellation is received within 7 days of Check-in date
You as a consumer have the right to cancel your reservation 14 days after its made. Please contact us as soon as possible if this is what you like to do.
Rules of Discretion
We expect that all our guests take personal responsibility and treat any other guest, the property or resident with respect and dignity during the visit of our property. On its own discretion Mitt i Visby retains the right to deny anyone or any group from making a reservation if prior complaints have been filed against any individual.
